Unexpected start but fun ride

Better than expected
The half-day cooking class in Bangkok gave me a real hands-on experience with traditional Thai dishes, especially the Tom Yum Kung. The instructors spoke English clearly, which made the steps easy enough to track despite a brief adjustment period at the start. It was rewarding to cook the Curry of the Day and appreciate the flavors freshly made.

It worked well
We joined the discovery flight and appreciated the chance to pilot a certified light sport aircraft while taking in Pattaya’s coastline from above. The private instruction made it easier to grasp the basics, and the views of tropical islands added a nice touch to the experience.
