Day Pass at The White Camel

I visited The White Camel to break from the city noise, and the desert’s rugged terrain was something different to take in. The camp sits beautifully against the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains, which made for some memorable sights.

The camp respects traditional Berber style while offering modern touches, which we appreciated. It was straightforward to spend the day there and take in the views, with clear signs and staff on hand to help. Definitely a memorable way to experience the desert without the hassle of an overnight trip.

We spent a day at the camp just 45 minutes from Marrakech. At first, it took a few minutes to get used to the layout, but after that, everything was handled well. The rocky desert and the Atlas Mountains made a dramatic backdrop that was easy to appreciate from the outdoor pool area.

El acceso desde Marrakech es bastante directo y el paisaje del desierto de Agafay impresiona por su extensión rocosa y la vista de las montañas nevadas. El campamento tiene un buen equilibrio entre lo tradicional y lo actual, aunque tardé un poco en acostumbrarme al ambiente para realmente disfrutarlo. Ideal para quienes no quieren pernoctar pero sí desconectar unas horas.

Nous avons passé un après-midi bon au camp, situé dans un cadre qui change vraiment de Marrakech. Le paysage rocailleux entouré par l’Atlas enneigé offre un décor surprenant. L’expérience à la journée permet de profiter pleinement de l’endroit sans devoir rester dormir. C’est idéal pour une pause hors du temps.

On a apprécié de pouvoir rester toute la journée, la séparation entre l’espace de la piscine et celui de la nature donne une vraie liberté. Les montagnes enneigées dominent le décor, une belle récompense visuelle après une balade collective.
