Better than expected

The half-day cooking class in Bangkok gave me a real hands-on experience with traditional Thai dishes, especially the Tom Yum Kung. The instructors spoke English clearly, which made the steps easy enough to track despite a brief adjustment period at the start. It was rewarding to cook the Curry of the Day and appreciate the flavors freshly made.

Apprentissage pratique et vivant

L'énergie collective du groupe et la pédagogie de l'instructeur anglophone ont rendu cette demi-journée très enrichissante pour maîtriser des plats typiques.

Practical and Engaging

The session was informative and well-paced for a half-day. Learning to cook hot and sour shrimp soup alongside a curry of the day was enjoyable, especially with the attentive instruction provided. It did take a short while to settle into the rhythm of the class, but once we did, I found the mixture of cooking and cultural insights to be worthwhile.
