The ATV ride gave us a chance to see parts of Koh Samui that are usually missed. We passed through plantations and reached viewpoints that framed the island nicely. It was a straightforward way to combine some mild challenge with good scenery.

Practical and Engaging
The session was informative and well-paced for a half-day. Learning to cook hot and sour shrimp soup alongside a curry of the day was enjoyable, especially with the attentive instruction provided. It did take a short while to settle into the rhythm of the class, but once we did, I found the mixture of cooking and cultural insights to be worthwhile.
