La villa está situada en una zona privilegiada de Marrakech, lo que facilita el acceso a diferentes puntos de interés, como el centro y el desierto de Agafay. La casa cuenta con espacios amplios y bien iluminados, aunque al principio la bienvenida fue algo distante. La piscina privada y el wifi rápido contribuyen a una estancia bueno.

Séjour fonctionnel près du golf
La villa est idéale pour vivre au quotidien, avec de grands espaces et une terrasse qui offre une vue superbe sur l’Atlas. Le départ un peu formel a surpris mais l’endroit reste parfait pour une escapade à dix minutes du centre.

Well managed
Villa Nouzair provides ample space and privacy, with its 12 ensuite rooms and well-kept outdoor areas. The estate is quiet and feels secure, and its proximity to Marrakech is convenient. However, one part of the villa seemed less naturally integrated with the rest, which slightly affected the flow of our stay.

La villa offre un espace de vie étendu et lumineux qui a parfaitement accueilli notre groupe de huit personnes. Située dans la résidence Akenza 2, elle combine une grande surface habitable avec un extérieur bien aménagé, idéal pour des moments en famille. L’agencement des pièces facilite la vie collective tout en laissant de l’intimité.

Quite solid
The villa’s position on the edge of Amelkis Golf made for an interesting blend of quiet residential feel and proximity to the city centre. We appreciated the substantial terrace views over the Atlas Mountains which added a distinct character to the place. The bedrooms were noticeably spacious, each with good storage and king-size beds.
