La Sultana Marrakech sits at the heart of the UNESCO-listed Kasbah. It is one of the city's most extraordinary five-star addresses. Master craftsmen restored this former royal granary in close partnership with Morocco's Historic Monuments authority. The result is remarkable. Sculpted patios, zellige tilework, wrought metal, and noble materials create a world that feels less like a hotel and more like a private palace.
The property offers just 28 rooms and suites. Each one is uniquely decorated with curated artworks and collectors' pieces. Moreover, the 2,000 sq. metre rooftop terrace reveals an uninterrupted panorama over the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Minaret, and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Below, a heated pool sits within a lush inner garden. Meanwhile, a pink marble spa invites total relaxation.
Dining at La Sultana is an experience in itself. Three distinct restaurants serve guests throughout the day. At noon, La Table du Souk brings Moroccan street food to a rooftop with views over the historic monuments. In the evening, La Table de La Sultana presents fine French and Moroccan cuisine. Furthermore, the wine cellar holds over 3,000 bottles, including the house's own exclusive cuvée.
La Sultana stands just steps from the Royal Palace, the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs. In addition, Marrakech Menara Airport is only 15 minutes away by car.
