Villa Nouzair

The villa is well placed just outside Marrakech, making the city easily accessible. While the host was a bit reserved at first, communication improved quickly after arrival, which helped us settle in well. The 12 ensuite bedrooms really suited our large group, and it was convenient to have both indoor and outdoor spaces available.

With twelve ensuite bedrooms, everyone appreciated having their own space, and the living areas were logically arranged to accommodate both small gatherings and larger meals.

The villa is situated within a secure estate just a short distance from Marrakech city center, which made getting in and out straightforward. Its size and layout suited our group well, providing enough private space. A bit more connection between the rooms would have been helpful.

Villa Nouzair provides ample space and privacy, with its 12 ensuite rooms and well-kept outdoor areas. The estate is quiet and feels secure, and its proximity to Marrakech is convenient. However, one part of the villa seemed less naturally integrated with the rest, which slightly affected the flow of our stay.

Staying at this villa was mostly enjoyable due to its size and layout, which worked well for our group. Its proximity to Marrakech city center helped us explore without long drives. The large outdoor pool was a welcome spot during hot afternoons.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace généreux de la villa, parfaite pour notre groupe d'amis. La proximité avec le centre de Marrakech nous a permis de profiter facilement de la ville tout en bénéficiant d'un cadre privé.

La ubicación es práctica, a pocos minutos del centro de Marrakech, lo que facilita los desplazamientos diarios. La organización de las habitaciones con baños privados fue un punto a favor, brindando comodidad para todos. Aunque el inicio del alojamiento fue un poco seco, el resto de la experiencia transcurrió sin mayores contratiempos.

The host was responsive though our initial contact felt formal than welcoming. The villa itself is large and well divided, which suited our group. Its proximity to Marrakech city was convenient for our plans.

La villa offre un grand espace dans un domaine sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis d'être à proximité de la ville tout en conservant une certaine intimité. Les multiples pièces et la piscine ont rendu notre séjour bon, bien que quelques détails auraient mérité un peu plus de cohésion.

Its twelve ensuite bedrooms were notably clean, and the large pool area was well cared for, which contributed positively to our group’s experience near the city.
