Palais Kandala

This private palace near Marrakech impressed us with its spacious suites and the natural materials used inside. The layout felt slightly unusual at first, and it took a few moments to find the flow of the space. However, the large garden views and the quiet setting made it worth the brief adjustment period.

Staying at this palace just outside Marrakech felt like an escape into a refined setting. The suites were spacious with tasteful natural materials and provided all necessary comfort. Having a private garden view and access to the pool made the days more good.

The Palais Kandala offers a rare chance to enjoy a spacious residence just outside of Marrakech’s busy centre. Each suite feels distinct, with natural materials lending a quality of understated elegance. Having a private pool and garden areas helped us feel truly at ease after a day out in the city. The views over the Atlas Mountains from the terrace were a highlight, especially in the morning light. It’s a place where you can settle in without rush.

L'accueil a été simple et efficace, ce qui a facilité notre installation hors de Marrakech. La proximité avec la ville est un vrai plus qui nous a permis de profiter facilement des environs après une journée bien remplie.

The palace is just a short drive from Marrakech, which made daily outings easy. Our suite was spacious and had a nice view of the gardens. The setting outside gave our family enough room to spread out without feeling crowded.

The nine suites were well maintained and featured en-suite bathrooms with tasteful natural materials. The grounds, including the pool and gardens, were kept tidy, though the initial check-in process felt a bit formal.

The suites, each with their own bathroom, felt well thought out and easy enough. Having open views over the gardens and the mountains gave a lovely sense of space, although a bit more seating in the main living area might have made it easier to gather together.
